Shame rossi so low down in 8th. Been on the pace all weekend but just can't seem to turn it on when it matters. Pedrosa in 6th too and he was quick all weekend so im guessing they'll both come through the pack and finish strongly in the race. Ducati seem to be the Mercedes of Motogp, can qualify well but just slip further down the pack as the race goes on, although this weekend i think dovi will be on the podium or there abouts. Still can't see a reason for Rossi being 8tenths of marquez/lorenzo when he was right with them all weekend. Ah well, enjoy the race people

With Lorenzo, Pedrosa and Marquez ready to go full throttle from the moment the light goes out you need to be on the front two rows. Third row makes the start more difficult, a high chance to loose critical time behind Andrea and Cal and you just know Pedrosa will launch himself into the top 3 or even the front anyway. And just two tenths faster than rookie Smith on a 3 generations older M1 is inexcusable.

The great surprise is Rossi being his now usual "mile off the pace". Crutchlow who is ahead of him on a non-works bike should have the factory Yamaha.

Rossi does not have a qualifying lap in him anymore BUT he WILL be ahead of a tleast four of the riders who are in frnt of him at the end of the race tomorrow. I will not make an excuse for Rossi he simply does not have that really fast lap in him anymore simle as that BUT he knows as everybody else does its going top rain tomorrow I really don't think he is bothered :). Getting back to retirement I think he will if he thinks its not worth the candle.

Vale doesent like to peel off laps at warp speed, he likes a race, to overtake ect, which to me makes the race, not just 3 spainiards at the front, I bet the cams will be more on Vale than any other!!
Give the M1 to Crutchlow? what has he done to deserve a works ride???

Great qualifying from Marquez,Lorenzo and a specal mention for Dovi!
Yet another poor qualifying from Rossi though. He is making hard work for himself so far this season. He cant keep doing that.
Lets see if he can get a good start tomorrow. He needs one.

That injury Rossi suffered in Mugello 2010 seems to have cost him his alien status. He was never the same after it.

Well, seen this many times before, and there comes a time for everyone to decline.

Anyway, sad to see him as a shadow of his former self.
