Great day of racing. The Dovi/Dani battle was something special while it was seriously wet. Cal deserves a factory ride. Period. Great saves by Marc and Nick. Hopefully Mugello will see 5 Ducati's entered. Pirro is doing a sterling job on the developement front. Poor old Randy. In the gravel again at home. Cal deserves a factory ride next year. Period.

Laughing now at all the comments after Qatar writing Pedrosa off. Great ride by Cal, slowly getting convinced that he should replace Rossi if he would only gracefully retire.

What can you say about Marquez, everybody expected a crashing debut but no,4 podiums in a row and gaining experience every race. Scary what he did today!

Well, as I posted yesterday, anyone who counts out Dani Pedrosa is a fool. This guy is at the top of his game and is riding like a world champion.
It appears Rossi is finished. He will never win another Moto GP race with the three aliens Dani, Jorge, and Marq as competition. He just doesn't cut it. Disappointing for his fans I'm sure, but let's keep it real.

re: "As a Rossi fan looks like its time to admit that it was the bikes he was on that carried him to 9 world championships."

no worries, you got sucked into star-effing is all. it's in your nature to want to believe "supermen" exist. they never have and never will.

re: "Wet races are a leveler and he could only manage 12th".

no mean feat for having took a digger. i had 'em figured a DNF. but this ain't "super", it's just something that happens.
