Nothing clever about slagging Rossi guys, you are just making yourself look stupid. The World champion had a bad day but you don't jump on him.
You don't know what problems Rossi had, after all he went from 3rd row to catching the leaders, and then slowed allowing Nicky to catch him.

You must have been crying in your beer when Rossi was looking like a podium, at least, and he did put in a faster lap than Jorge or Cal.

Sorry about my rant above :)

Great ride from Dovi, Dani, Marquez, Cal, and Bradders, in that order.
Rossi too, going well, fell off, repaired the bike while riding it, and earned a couple of points. Others would have called it a day.

Both Works Yams had issues, it'll be interesting to hear what they were.

Yamaha clearly had a bad day in the wet, could have been very different if it was dry. Jorge had a brilliant race last year, as did Cal on the same chassis this race. Maybe Cal should quit complaining about the bike he's given. The further the chassis deviated from that the worse it looked today in wet conditions after the opposite was the case through FP, QP.

Yamaha gave up on a HP advantage the day they chose the crossplane mill. Its taken some time but Honda has matched their stability while having a clear power advantage. They can make small chassis improvements and trade offs but the engine choices that was an advantage before just might be their Achilles heel. They were lucky it lasted this long, no doubt helped by the rule changes like fuel limit changes and weight additions. i bet their hoping for some rules help like rev limits.

Best race for a while, even if Dovi couldn't make it a dream win for Ducati. Pedrosa was once again too good. Congrats to all top 5. Brilliant. And a discrete middle finger to all the Pedrosa slaggers...

Great persistence from Marquez, and nice to see he is capable of passing without losing control of his bike. Bad luck to JLo and Rossi, but good discipline from both to bring home a result.

I had a chuckle at the expense of Rossi's blind fans when he crashed under pressure from Nicky, but thought he showed good fight to press on for less result than he aimed for. Like many here, I laugh at his vocal "fans", but sympathise with Rossi.

Sorry am I missing something here? Le Mans 2012
1st Jlo
2nd VR +9.9secs
3rdCS +11.2 secs

Le Mans 2013
1st DP
2ndCC +4.8secs
3rd MM +6.9secs
4th AD +10.1 secs

Dovi is doing better than Rossi did on the Ducati? How does that work out then? To date Dovi has not finished on race on the Ducati in a higher position than Rossi did in 2012 discounting Austin for the obvious reason they did not race there last year. Dovi is riding well BUT HE IS NOT DOING BETTER THAN ROSSI DID ON THAT BIKE end off. And for those say ah but he was dicing for the lead he finished fourth 10+ seconds behind the winner and with a satallite yamaha in front of him, if auntie had balls she would be my uncle!

@ Billace.....I have a feeling that you are right in what you say, well put too.

Yam problems or not the Honda boys were on fire. Dani has worked out his wet track phobias and Marquez spends half a race working out what is needed and then delivers it. Fast learner or what?

Interesting race for the championship. Honest 2nd place by Cal nothing gifted to him. Hope MM is starting to rattle JLO. Ive got full respect for mister consistencies way of winning championships (maximum points with least risk) but I don't like it. I want to see him rattled and having proper battles. JLO's got maybe half a dozen races to claw back the deficit before honda development leaves him in the dust.
Great ride by pedrosa and a well deserved win. Nice to see the factory ducatis up there even if it doesn't transfer to dry result. MM turning into a real handful for all the established riders-About time we had a cat amongst the Alien.
Rossi?- he fell, the important thing is Cal had already passed him and was dropping him off.
As with all wet races tense to watch knowing any rider could make a mistake at any time

stop bashing rossi
today clearly yamaha factory team did'nt setup their bike for the race.
jl and vale both bad result
and to all those sayin rossi crasheed from pressure by nikcy true to sum extent becuz clearly JL did not go for race at all.he was crusing knowing he could crash if pushed more.
but rossi thought a win is in grasp so tried to push.first he stayed there at top 3 but as race goes clearly he was struggling(seen he changing engine mapping twice) and hayden was fast catching him.he pushed over the edge to stop hayden but crashed.if he be sensible he could end up 6.
IT yam fac mistake more than rossi.....
