A dry setup is all Jorge has, he hasn't ridden the new chassis in the wet at all until this race. On the other hand, Cal could use settings from last years race. lucky bastige, being on last years parts!

Rossi should have retired most likely after the Simo accident but with safety and medical and overall rider fitness being what it is today plus Rossi's lack of injuries over the course of his career it was too soon. IMO he should have done something else. F1, WRC, or WSC instead of sticking it out. But with MGP being all about Rossi it is hard to walk away when the fans love you so.

Rossi will never win another title. That is dead clear. In doubt now is whether or not he will ever win another race. IMO he will not, not without a lot of help. This was his best chance and even then he was never in contention for the title.
