You can win at Mugello or you can have 100 championships but you have failed on the Ducati so everything is useless. Unless a rider can be champion on the Ducati then he is not a true champion. Ducati is the yardstick in MotoGP and Stoner is the only true champion. Winning on the Ducati gives a rider the right to lose at everything else. Winning on the Ducati is the only thing that matters.

Liam, me old Mucker! I'm glad that you're still behind your man. He's had a tough couple of races after what promised to be an exciting start for you. I beleive though that he's suffering from lack of concentration span. It's what destroys the warriors in the boxing ring. The youth just get on target with their concentration and are unshakable. It would be good for him to get a podium but I believe that Cal is the spoiler for the last possible step on the podium after the usual suspects.

Fan or not... If he can't challenge for the win here, I think it may be time to admit he's never going to find those last few tenths.

He's still the GOAT regardless and deserves serious respect for everything he's achieved

Cue hater's Rossi is not allowed to say things like, I would like to do well at the moto gp races held at my own country or that he is happy at yamaha or for that matter that he has any aspirations at all! He should, even as the most poular racer on the grid, be anonymous and of no value to the race organisers! If he does get a good result cue hater's again telling us he was lucky for some reason or other If he has a bad race again cue hater's telling us he should retire, have his bike given to some other racer Dovi is such a better rider etc etc.

Crash where in that quote does it say that a podium is the least he expects? He said it would be nice to get a podium! He is a realist he knows the Yamaha he is using is not the best package out there, but he will try of that we can all be sure unlike Jlo last race who completely downed tools and did not race his bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!
