the only rider to ever win here 9 times, which will never be matched by anyone.

Rossi is once again in optimal position to win the race. Great qualifying result from him, preserving his engine while Crutchlow, Lrenzo, Pedrosa etc overused their engine to impress ignorant public. No points for qualifying, little boys.

Tomorrow in race Rossi will use full RPM of engine and demolish these riders and make them realize their folly.

Looking forward to another epic Rossi victory. This season keeps getting better and better for Rossi, while Jorge and Cal are struggling the more the season progress.

Yeah Dani doesn't normally get too bothered about things nowadays but his reaction to about half the field following him said it all. Marquez, Hayden, Dovi, Bradl all got tows to get competitive times in, although in Marc's case that was totally understandable given his injury. Tactically all of them were astute but I can see why Pedrosa would be pissed. He's trying to concentrate on himself and he has everyone trying to mimic him. Unfortunately in that situation where multiple riders get towed others pay the price. Rossi, being more of a racer than qualifier (maybe leaving that bit extra wanting) got baulked by the towed lot.

I love Rossi but I'm getting tired of watching him being slow, it's just sad and I'd prefer that he just retired. It's looking like the end of the road for him tbh and if he doesn't bounce back I cannot see a reason to watch Moto GP again, the only other guy with a personality is Cal.

Towing probably gave a few unrepresentative times but what a lap from Pedrosa! Did it all himself too. And I wonder the psychological impact on Lorenzo. Because it wasn't just having pole stolen from him on a Yamaha-favoured track, it's the fact he had to watch Dani a second or so ahead of him on the road put in that time. That has to be demoralising, seeing your rival snag victory from the jaws of defeat.
