@rex
The idea of your first year in Motogp is to find the limits of those tyres etc he is doing exactly what he needs to do for next year.
The same as every other rider there has had to go through

everybody bashing Alvaro well lets stir a hornets pot the overhead clearly shows him in front of Rossi he takes a left hander then lines up a right corner on the racing line and finds Rossi inside him? how is it Alvaros fault? if anything its a racing incident at most just because its Rossi everyone shouting and blustering. Rossi maybe the GOAT but even they have to retire lets face it he has less points than this point last year when he was on a bike he couldn't ride well wake up and smell the coffee he is on another bike he cant ride. these bjkes are way different to the 500cc he made his name on and sad as it is age gets to everyone. Leave with dignity VALE its now how we want to remember you

Seems to me that all posters on this site know more of racing then one Ben Spies!! He said it was a racing accident although most blame woud go to bautista.

@scooter22 RU kidding? Did u really watch it? Coming out of the left hander rossi was 1/2 a bike in front . I wish I could post a picture. Bautista turned into him. It's an accident. But to say rossi was behind? It's not disputable

@Marcm

Cal (Crutchlow) maybe old and crashing a lot but he has the experience to take to the factory bike (..that be Rossi's). Reading does not have the experience same as Bradley (Smith) does not and the latter's bike is simply wasted on him (Smith).

Replaying the video multiple times it's hard to see how it was anything but a 50:50 racing incident.

Reality aside and to consider the politics - it's not like VR hasn't gained by being allowed the benefit of the doubt numerous times over the years.....

I agree its a racing incident. I do feel like Alvaro turned in on rossi when he shouldn't have as rossi was ahead coming out of the previous corner . I just can't believe people see Alvaro coming out of the left hander in front. He was not in front. It's clear rossi has 1/2 a bike then Alvaro pulled up next to him, tried turning in and it was game over. Btw rossi beat Cal last year and the year b4 on the Ducati. I bet he beats him this year too. It's still early

@R6Ryder
The Stewards View is Rossi went around the Outside of Alavro on a left hand bend whilst alvaro was in the lean so Rossi is totally unsighted by him as he is hanging off the bike to the left and going around the outside on a left hand chicane means one thing you aren't in front going into it. Its a racing incident and as such i get fed uo with Rossi being put on a pedestal, no doubting what he has done but now he has to face the fact what he had the magic is gone and i do not want to remember him as a has been still plying his trade when he hasn't got either the drive or controversially my view skill to race at this level.
