I watched the race from good ole TV and I say it was a misfortune and that's racing but Rossi doesn't need alien status anymore. He has 9 championships under his belt. No one last forever!!!! His legacy will always be in the record books for years to come just like the great Agostini. I bet it's some of you making these comments can't swing it like you used to I sure know I can't.

Did anyone see Azi Farni interview Rossi after the race on bbc? He seems totally uninterested and like he just he just doesn't have the desire to be at the top of the sport anymore.
Its a shame but I think he's reached an age now where he's realised what a waste of time the petty squabbles with Biaggi, Sete and Stoner were and that theres more to life than racing and being better than other people, at 34 years old and on a downard spiral as far as racing is concerned he must be ready to move on to other things in life.
This isn't the same Rossi that took the premier class by storm over a decade ago when he had something to prove, you've given us some great memories Rossi but its time to let go of the dream of winning title number 10 and try something different in life, sit back and enjoy watching the likes of Marquez coming through and start planning for being a Dad in the future like you've said you want to do. One things for sure and that's that you will bring up some very happy con

from what I watched of today's race is that Rossi seemed to be unable to afford losing so much time playing position swap with the mid or backfielders as he used to do because he's realised that the level is a notch higher(not different) n the magic box is not with him anymore like in his old glorious days.oh dearly fans, the craving through from the back of the pack won't happen ever again. The show is over!
