There is no comparison to the Alvaro/Jorge incident last year. This year it was mid pack riders trying to aggressively gain/hold track position. Last year Alvaro pulled a DeAngelis and blew past a brake marker, passing many bikes before collecting Jorge.

How people can say Alvaro shouldn't have been so aggressive in the first few corners when Rossi and everyone else including the race winner was is beyond me.

Sometimes the lord giveth and sometimes the lord taketh away....
