I thought Bradley put in a good ride all things considered. After that massive highside in warm up I was a bit surprised to even see him out there. Respect to him for braving the discomfort when he needs a skin graft tomorrow.

"Cals got a broken leg and still gets on the podium"

Your opinion as a fully qualified doctor, not to mention your opinion as a world class motorcycle racer are duly noted!

Why are you comparing a rookie in his 5th MotoGP race with a rider on his third season on the same machine? Are new new to the sport or something?

Cal was in the same position as Bradley in his first season. The first year to learn, the next to consolidate and then success. These riders are all very talented and brave and don't deserve the barracking that they get on this site.

I'm sorry theres no way Cal has a proper broken leg, no one could do what he just did.

I see bradley got a bit beat up but hes crashing without even really finding the limit so he's learned absolutely nothing.

Still getting beat by a CRT is disappointing.

"a bit beat up" doesn't really take into account the damage he did to his hand. Going to lose a section of it in the op tomorrow. If that's not a sign of where his intent to be the best he can be lies I don't know what is.

I'm amazed at the kicking Smith gets on this site. 1st year to learn, is what Tech3 asked for. It's what they are getting. Cal did the same and look at him now. He's not a Marquez. He's not a Lorenzo. But he's a lot better than most seem to want to give him credit for.

I suspect his team mate next year might be another Brit from Moto2.

Saw the picture of what's left of that finger, not good. And a Scaphoid break isn't to be sniffed at either, I've broken both at different times, one current, and trying to riding a bike with it at my slow speeds is sore enough without trying to muscle a motogp bike around a track like Mugello.
Respect to Brad, the black eye is a good one too. But then all the keyboard warriors would be at the front if it was them......

As previously mentioned look at Brads website before you make any comment and that was before the high this morning !

Judging by the way and the style brad rides a bike with the results will soon come.
