Dani Pedrosa feels his set-up data helped Repsol Honda team-mate Marc Marquez get up to speed for race day at Mugello.

I understand what dani is on there are tracks where marquez going to have an advantage with the right set-up so on those tracks giving marquez the set-up direction thats helping marquez adding to marquez aadvantage but the other side is he needs someone to take points off Lorenzo when possible case in point are jerez and le man had marquez not talking points off Lorenzo the dani lead would be less so dani u got to beat the boy with experience then again probably thats why dani slowed he new his setup would not go the distance at the higher paste.

i think dani comes across as a nice wee guy, but i just feel if he was going to win a senior class championship he would have done it by now. i would like to see him do it, but it just seems like a never never.

i also have to admit i never liked j-lo as a person but he seems to have matured and realised he needs some good p.r. and comes across better these days.

If danny truly is upset over this, its a mute point anyway. Look who crossed the finish line and look who didn't

Also don't forget Danny was hounding JLo trying to make a pass, so compared to marc he was burning up his tires a bit faster.

"I was under the impression that Marc hangs off the bike further than danny ... that could explain why it seems marc has better tire wear than danny "

Personally, I've got no doubt that is precisely why MM has a better rear tyre than Dani come the end of the race. When Stoner was on the Honda, it was very noticable how much more Stoner got his ass and body way more off the bike than Dani. It is also very noticeable that MM does the same. I think it is a big factor in why Stoner and MM are faster than Dani and seem to have more rear tyre than Dani toward the end of the race.

How peaceful it would be without his big mouth manager. Part of me would like to see Dani win the WC because he has worked a long time for it, but there is still part of me that doesn't just because Puig is such an a-hole and I hate to see him get any satisfaction.

I read this as simply Dani saying that he helped Marc with the setup since Marc lost practice time because of the crash. Save the deep conspiracy talk for governments. They're the entities involved in them.

Marc looks more like Elias than Stoner, but you guys can keep trying to associate the two names to make yourselves happier. Marc pushes his tires much harder, keeps going off line, keeps having to make up time (push harder) and still gets better grip. I dont buy it, Dani didnt have grip issues like this last year. Dani never had grip issues against Casey, and Marc can barely keep from crashing, he isn't as fast as you guys think, hes one of the few riders who looks like their bike is faster than they are. Marc also rapes his tires at the apex.

Dani's performance at Mugello, if you look at the last 10 or so laps was almost with in 2/10's every lap, probably the best performance, while Lorenzo took Bridgestone's new tire for the win, Vale never got any good pace out of the new tires, Cal did, Marc showed us why he has to stick behind someone and depend on his tires turning out better than his competition.

It's not even half way through the season, and his hackneyed approach is already
