@JulesW,

Fair point with your 3rd paragraph, which 'null-n-voids' your 1st paragraph?

As to your 2nd paragraph, maybe max was more comfy (i dont know as i havnt seen footage) but still 2.5 seconds slower than rossi's fastest race lap last year on the less evolved model than what max tested.

@therealDave, that's just to ridicule the "if it's not yellow than it's not good" brigade :)
In all fairness, I respect Rossi very much for all his achievements and I have always enjoyed his post race celebrations, but man, some of his fans are just that, *his fans without love for the sport.

With respect to Biaggi's performance, that is quite impressive, seeing that the test was rain interupted and taking into account that he's not ridden a race bike for 8 months, hasn't ridden a carbon brakedisc bike for 8 years and has never ridden the bridgestones before.
As a trackday enthusiast myself, I would be quite happy if I would switch to an unknown bike and tires and be 2.5 secs of some benchmark time.

How good is it to see a guy who is passionate enough about riding bikes to be invited to have a ride of a Moto GP bike again, and take the offer up.
Bet Casey never gets an offer like that in the near future. lol...Motojunky.

I dont think he gives a sh*t either mate!
