I have not the slightest idea of exactly what is holding the Ducati back from being a title contending bike I just hope they find what they need to find . I'm afraid even if they do "catch up" how long will they stay even? With the rules changing, weight, etc every year its so hard to stay on top of it

I really like davi...and hayden. they appear to be really humble guys. Know there limits, and ride to the best of there abilities with the machinery they currently have.I'm a huge Lorenzo fan. I have been since his first race in motogp. I wish i started watching motorcycle races earlier so I could have seen him in the 250's . I might look up old races just to watch him compete.

Its very dificult to understand Ducati!! If we wach the technology that they have available to worck, everything is done on computers and they wach every part they build, everythingh is clean at the factory and worcks smooth, every detail on the bike is wached and well enginer when they build its like waching F1 Teams everytingh is High Tech at factorys.. For there heads and minds the bike its just perfection they can t build one bike Better.. But in the end has we see there bike dont worck in harmony, it can be chassi it can be Electronics or the engine i dunno but somethingh allways make Ducati dificult to ride to explore to feel good and confidente riding the bike, they can only ride more less good when the tyres still old good grip and even on this case they are not more fast then Japonese Factory bikes.. all we can say is this GG to Japan enginers because they find out somethingh really speacial to allways creat bikes esay , Powerfull and fast to ride!! the RCV211V and the Yamaha

the RCV211V and the Yamaha M1 are just two amyzing projects that prove there performance every time.. Even on cars they build outstanding cars that allways let the World saying My God its very impressive like it is the case of Nissan GTR car for exemple that with less Power let many supercars into shame on performance and handling just some exemples of Japan talent to understand what is really need to go fast

The lower classes always had a single tyre and for as long as I can remember. Dunlop had/has the monopoly, not sure if a single tyre was in the rules or not. The control tyre in MotoGP came in as a result of Bridgestone getting more and more dominant to the point where even Rossi with the overnight special Michelins could not match the Ducati. That was the time when Hopper had regular top 5 finishes on the Bridgestone shod Suzuki.

The though at the time was that the Championship should be about bikes and riders and not a tyre contest.
