I think Dani must have been very relieved when that race came to an end.Marc was all over him like a rash for the last few laps and may well have relegated him to 3rd had the race gone another lap or two.He must have been surprised that Jorge was able to put up such a pace for the entire race. Most people had Dani down for the win.
Just goes to show that nothing is clear cut in this game.

Actually this race was a mirror copy of the last, the guys writing the script dont seem to be getting paid enough, at least the commentators are doing their bit to polish it off enough. Unfortunately this season has hackneyed written all over it tho. If Dani takes the title this year he deserves it more than Rossi or Lorenzo ever did, the tires are called control for a reason :)

Jorge is not on his 4th , he has lost 1 of his 5 and still has the 4 left so he has used 3 of his 5 engines (as they use 2 at a time, 2 bikes). Where as Dani and MM are still on the original 2 they started with, Rossi has also lost 1 engine now. Still don't think it will affect anything myself!!
Good ride from Jorge, and gotta ask what the hell is going on with Dani's tyres compared to Jorge and MM??

Cheers. Didn't know that he had used that many. Think your right though. Probably wont matter. The engineers and technicians are clever with their work. Think the title will be close again between Pedrosa and Lorenzo and hopefully Pedrosa will reign. He's looking very good. I think the extra ballast has effected Dani's tyre usage but that's just a guess.

According to GPOne, Lorenzo and Rossi have already used four of his engines and have both lost one, engine #1 for Lorenzo and #2 for Rossi have already been withdrawn, which means they cannot be used anymore. Crutchlow is also on his 4th engine and Smith is on his 3rd. They use the older engines for FP and the newer ones for QP and the race. I think it is a matter of when, not if the Yamahas will have to start from pit lane.
