I wish MotoGP would stop raising the min weight . GP prototypes should be much lighter than SBK's. they use to be 285lbs. (500cc days) then the 990's were about 320-330 I think. Now these pigs are 350+ lbs! And they get less fuel, less engines. To me it seems like making a 260hp bike go 120 miles on 21litres of fuel is probably very costly. And how much $ does it cost to develop race motors that will last 3 GP weekends? To me it seems like the new rules don't make it cheaper

I agree with R6Ryder, the prototypes are fat! This whole rules package is crafted to keep other factories out of MotoGP. The MSMA should have much less say in writing the tech rules.
