MotoGP » Valentino Rossi hails Aragon ‘brake-through’

“I'm so happy because until today I didn't have this feeling in braking, I am always in a bit of trouble. I can't wait for Assen to understand if this is also improved at other tracks” - Valentino Rossi.

We can not under rate or over rate rossi.
The season is still so long to go.
I don't see this is rossi full potential.
He is not done yet.
Let him do his business and we will see then.
No guarantee for the fans of course :D
But to see the end of rossi career and still be able to compete with the top rider will be nice.
Other than that he is still great rider. May be about number 1 or 2 greatest rider all time.
And actually interesting to see many haters said about rossi.

Wow, bit of a Rossi love fest happening here, all good and oh s sexy

Lets hope this is real and Yamaha is doing the right thing by the king, dam bike has been built around that PITA No 99 with Rossi getting what appears as 2nd hand parts, I know it's not but it appears that way.

The season will now start with the King taking his rightful spot on top, those three clowns won't know what hit them. Wait and see

well let's hope he sees improvement ffs. for those paying attention, he's only been complaining about this since the texas test (ie. his concern might be getting ignored). I thought this was grandprix...?

if it went on any longer I was going to suggest he swap out the complete front end from his old R7...? oh wait, that was haga.

re: "The human body peaks at the age of 25 and thereafter it experiences an unavoidable slow decline in physical abilities"

i'm sorry it seems you've accidentally stumbled onto an ENGINE-sports forum.

you might wanna try googling the term "tour de france" or "giro d'italia" to find what you're looking for. take care.

I always read on Crash forums how VR is practically the god of "bike development". It does seem to have taken quite a while to get this brake set up porblem sorted...

But anyway, at least now he might be able to put the works Yamaha on the first or second row and make more of a race of it. I hope so for his sake...we'll see in Assen.

I agree we have not seen the best of him this season, its easy to write him off but hes clearly had a few issues with the bike which is tailored to suit Lorenzo now.

From what i have seen hes not trying to copy Lorenzo settings, might be a bad idea.

Rossi weakness seems to be the need to feel 100% comfortable on the bike to show his true ability.
