cals seat? he has no contract for next year with tech 3 ...

mmm that would be nice... cal gets vales seat, scott gets cals, and when jorge goes to honda in a couple of years cal and scott are the factory yam team.

never gonna happen but it sounds good

The Bautista seat sounds like a good call. Had a reasonable finish to last season after his contre temps with JL, but done little so far this season except continue to think he's a bowling ball.

Most likely Scotts options are within the Marc VDS team.
They're probably looking at leasing engines from Ducati, Yamaha(with a Kalex chassis) or get the new Honda production racer.
I wish he could get a Honda RCV, which would probably fit his riding style best. Or an M1, which might require more adaption, but fits larger riders. But unfortunately neither is likely.

Redding will join motogp with his own (same) team the Mark VDS team.

Ezpeleta opend up 4 new grid places, 2 for suzuki that are now waiting tell 2015, and two, for two new comers, the Marc VDS team is moving up and taking Redding with. and Sito Pons is tipped to make a motogp come back with Tito Rabat.

Haydens is the only factory seat availbal for 2014 so hes gona get a lot of press, but I doubt he's going anywhere, Ducati, likes him, hes producing results and development, and if he wants to stay he will get an extention.

I still think Cal may stay with tec3 and Pol E will get a new team with a new Yamaha leased bike...

one things forsure, not a lot of seats up for grabs this year lol...

Redding would be a good person to replace either Bautista or Rossi. Both are underperforming.

Or maybe Redding can take Crutchlow's place at Tech3 while Cruthclow replaces Rossi at factory. That would be sweet.

@PolicyOfTruth

wishful thinking, to say the least.
your hero, in his 4th year in moto2 has won 2 races so far!
Crutchlow & Redding couldn't carry Rossi's boots, never mind get his M1! (and I'm no Rossi fan)
The same goes for that little pretender Smith...

@Stoned

Yes Redding has been in MOTO2 or the previous class for the last four years but you forget the guy has been at a big disadvantage for 3 or them years as the combined bike and rider was very unfair to the biggest guy on the track and still is at a disadvantage for this.

So he may only have 2 wins but he has had to work a lot harder at getting nearer the lighter guys in the pack and he is most prob better than most of them if they sorted the combined rider and bike weight out
