@ EnRico47 - Erm, he's ahead of Pedrosa. He aint too shabby. Not a million miles back. But yes, still work to be done

Jorge put a good lap in, although its way behind the lap record. Has the track layout changed at all, or is it colder, or is it just as its the first session?

Lets hope we have a race decided in the first corner again. Lorenzo loves boring racing and I'm starting to think Dani is yamaha's sand bag to stop Marquez.
Hope team orders come in soon and if ones faster he should be allowed through to actually make lorenzo race for a change.

Pedro always starts the weekend steady and then builds - he will be front row for Saturday's race IMO, so the fact that VR is ahead (or Cal) means little right now - esp. as the pace isn't uber-fast yet.

So far, VR's quali performances in terms of time off pole haven't really been that much better than his Ducati times, which has to be a concern and something VR must be vv keen to do something about

So - not too much to be gleaned from this session, although the fact that the recent 'norm' of JL & CC being quicker than VR in practice and quali hasn't been addressed (at least yet) by Rossi's set-up 'breakthrough'. VR is a racer more than a qualifier tho agreed, and its early yet, so we'll have to wait and see.
