I have to feel for Dovi, he Loss the factory Honda to Dani because is not spanish and also because Honda allways trust on Pedrosa even without any title, then he builds is reputacion again on the Tech 3 good bike good results was the suficiente to set the World on Fire, Dovi just pass from one rider that a lot of people call him like one cruise rider, one rider similar to Edwards, is good he understands but he never shine, now that he finaly find one factory to play again he understand that would be better to race for Gresini that for one Ducati..eheh we really need Suzuki and kawasaki to have more options

@pcxmac, Perhaps its the Dovi fans out there hitting the disagree button but He did push Barbera off track on purpose. I saw it, the commentators saw it. Perhaps those who don't agree need a better feed.

The trouble with Assen if you're on a duke is that it's just corners, with hardly any true straights & at the moment, dukes don't do corners.
Not surprised Dovi's getting frustrated. He knows he can go faster. Hayden's just glad he's got a job

Got home too late for QP1, so I didn't see the incident, but let's be honest ... how often have you seen Dovi loosing temper?

OTOH, I would rather see the chaotic search for any kind of a solution that characterised Ducati last 2 years than the "methodic aproach of the Germans" which already exasperates the riders. The results seem to be almost as efficient under Audi's rule as they were when Ducati was ruled by Italians ...

HB has been using this ploy forever and race direction was correct in both cases against both riders. HB and others are pushing qualifying to a single rider on track - one lap deal and you got only one shot of making it. Q1 and Q2 are already in place so it's just a half step away. Q1 and Q2 will remain to keep the fastest upfront. Take a guess who will suffer the most with single rider qualifying. Yep -- those that use blocking and drafting to gain positions.

Motorcycles are Motorcycles and tyres are tyres, all the teams test the tyres, all the teams develop there bikes following tyres specs, Ducati was only good in 2007 because Michelin show up on this sesson with Bad tyres and Japonese bikes with poor performance was the first year of 800cc, changes generate surprises and this was the case , the only true was that Bridgestone was better then Michelin, was not the fact that people say the tyres in 2007 where follwing Ducati Team is not like this because Bridgstone also have other Teams to supply more 2 factoris by the way like Suzuki and Kawasaki.. if you go wach the Teams standings in 2007 you will notice that we have 11 Teams and if you count from 7 place to 1 you will wach 5 Teams from Brigstone and imagine who are the 2 Teams with michilan that are inside the top 7? only Repsol Honda and Yamaha i mean Top Teams the rest that use Michilan and Dunlop are on the last places.. this year was also best Suzuki year!! I mean they can t
