re: "Now that Vale has the machinery to win again"

does he have it...? I mean he had it in the Netherlands, but i'm not so sure about elsewhere. took WAAAY too long to sort this problem.

Would be a huge confidence boost for valentino, looks like they new brake setting works, ok Jlo wasn't 100 % but Vale was fast and finished ahead of the other top rides who have been finishing in front of him. Even in qualy he was quick, had pole for about 5secs in the dying minute, we haven't seen that all season. It was a sweet victory, but I'm sure it would of been even sweeter if Jlo was fit to battle.
Let's hope this continues.

First great job by Rossi as I expected he had a chance to win or at least podium. As far as Jlo coming back after injury I still think is foolish but good job minimizing the points loss. For the haters -ha,ha for the Stoner fans stop it with praising his efforts at Ducati, his one and only championship with them was all the stars aligning, first catching the other factories with their pants down, having superior speed, superior electronics and superior tires. If it was all his talent then why didn't he win another championship with the Duc. Great win Rossi but you've got more work to do to be consistently competitive.

Great ride from Rossi, great to see him back again.
Great pole from Cal but i do not think he will ever be WC and i don't want to appear as a knocker.
Great ride from Lorenzo these pain killers must be great but i suppose there are broken collarbones and broken collarbones

June 29, 2013 12:40 AM So Rossi has race pace. Rubbish! Looking at the first practice session. Sub 1:36 laps. Lorenzo 7, Crutchlow 2, Marquez 1. Rossi 0. Next dry session is practice 4. Sub 1.36 laps. Marquez 4, Rossi 1, Crutchlow 4. Bradle 2. Pedrosa 1. I predict that he will finish off the podium and by a long way.

I just wanted to pay special tribute to WylieCoyote for the above post.. Not even good at being an armchair expert, imagine if you actually raced?!
