Valentino might well be the highest paid rider there, but that is mostly from all his other ventures and not what he is paid by Yamaha! Valentino Rossi has more money than most of us could only dream about, but has he stopped racing?? No, because racing is in his blood, he is passionate about it, it is what he lives for! The money is great but not what motivates him as his massive cut in wages this year prove. Some people do things for the fame and the money, some, like Valentino, do it for genuine love, something that will always be obvious when it comes down to it. Valentino Rossi was born to race bikes and he will do it for as long as he possible can - why shouldn't he !!!

Good to see Rossi win again, in 2008 I believe that was in Le Man, Rossi Won that race, and used that win to gain momentum and continue to win Races. So I hope this win will be another turning point for another epic story of his career. Good Luck Doc.

I hope Rossi continues to win, but if he were to never win another race it would not diminish his accomplishments. His record is one of the best. Topped only by Agostini, I believe. I feel fortunate to have watched most of Rossi's career.

Again great to see Rossi win. Let's hope this is the start of more to come. It's a positive step to see him comfortable on the bike as other races he looked tentative. He needs to continue improving his qualifying and continue improving his consistancy against the front runners.
