Jorgeminator's "for sure I will push even harder than in Holland. The track is not one of my favourite tracks in the championship but at this level I don't mind where we race. I have to give everything inside of me on each race.”

Oh my gosh.. What a man a of steel!! What determination.. Yes, he's realistic abt his injury, but that sheer determination & positiveness, I'm still taking my hat off to him! Man oh man! :)

You can call Jorge brave or whatever, but this could have all gone horribly wrong! Riders with broken bones or other such debilitating injuries should not be allowed to race regardless of how much they say they want to! Motorbike racing needs instant reactions, instant decision making as someone's life can depend on it. In Jorge's case, he was very lucky himself not to have suffered worse injuries, but to ride a few days after surgery is not only stupid, it is dangerous for him and the rest of the riders! I don't know how any doctor can have passed Jorge to be fit when he was clearly in so much pain he could hardly move his arm. What would have been said if something tragic had happened? What if another rider had suffered because of Jorge's injury? As it happened, it went well on the day, but it could just as well have been a different story. These risks should not be allowed to be taken at any time as a life could be at stake!!

As long as he doesnt crash again. Then he also has Rossi to worry about as it's clear Rossi 'made the most' of his unfortunate accident and gained a lot of confidence which he did not have all year.
