Take 1. Crutchlow implies Lorenzo's nothing special like Marquez when Jorge had similar, if not better results than Marquez in first races of his rookie campaign and now is a proven world champion material

Take 2. Crutchlow implies Lorenzo has set a terrible example that will put riders safety in jeopardy when in fact each medical case is checked individually by the medical staff. Crutchlow should be well aware of that. And he is.

CC would love to take Lorenzo's place on the factory bike but he also forgets he's not half the rider Jorge is.

No, Cal is not the rider Jorge is, but he's still a great rider. And i did not interpret his comments as any slight, rather a tongue in cheek respect for Jorge's ability to ride injured. Besides, Cal has a factory Ducati ride for next year, if the rumours are correct.

Its hypocritical of Jorge to race while physically and mentally unfit. I personaly dont really care, but he complains about some pretty small issues at times concerning safety.
Best of luck with a quick recovery JL

Its just a funny momente people!! Give a rest to Cal, everybody know that he needs one bike but i think he is worcking for that is not a pussy thats 4sure, Cal is a brave guy and is one rider that come from Wsbk.. I loock at him and wach one rider that really whant somethingh if he really whant he deserve to get is chance like many others have.. He is not on the best place right now because he whants one spot at yamaha factory and is very dificult to get that place, i hope he can think whell at is options but in the end if it has to be one Ducati no worries, he just have to do like Rossi, try is best with Ducati and then for the end of 2014 he will have more options.. at least he will stay at Motogp..

Its a ridiculous story. Its not the first time a rider had rode with a broken bone, Barry Sheene probably rode with bones he didnt even know he had broken. I will not even get started on Evel Knievel.......

As usual it will be down to the rider and doctor in MotoGP. If the rider is desperate for points and the doc says ok then its a safe bet the rider will risk all. Nuff said.

Crutchlow's comment was a direct jab at Lorenzo, he looked and sounded kinda annoyed. Lorenzo was cleared by the medical team, he did the exercises required just like Crutchlow did last year before allowed to ride, he was actually cleared twice before and after the warm up. What Lorenzo doesn't want is an injured rider go to race direction or medical team saying "you guys let Lorenzo race, you have to let me race"

Haven't people realize it yet that Cal talks too much, I mean come on, He is like a Marc Marquez biggest fan. He will say anything just to get attention or get factory ride. I used to be fond of Cal and all his no nonsense comment but its just talking cr*p all the time that is kinda irritating.

Sorry this is pretty hypocritical of Jorge who as others have said raised issues with safety ranging from water to Sic (RIP), and is really saying I can do but don't let others. However, Dani did not capitalise on it anyway...

Edwards says no worries, it won't happen again... unless of course it's Marquez that does the asking.
