Imagine doing this just two weeks after breaking your left collarbone...

Why is it always highsides with Lorenzo? He rarely looses the front, which is unusual but then every time he crashes he has these massive highsides. I can't figure out if it's something to do with his style or his bike or just bad luck .

It's official on motogp.com: Jorge will not race on Sunday! Likely to miss Laguna as well. His titanium plate is bent and will need more surgery, out for two races minimum.

Now Yamaha's future depends on Rossi. This should be an epic season.

Lorenzo is now required to undergo further checks in the circuit Medical Center, including an x-ray, and may require a rest period of 24 to 48 hours before any further surgery can take place. Early indications suggest he is likely to be declared unfit to contest this weekend's race but official confirmation is yet to be issued by his team.

Rossi has really got inside Lorenzos head! Lorenzo has lost concentration and crashed at both rounds since Rossi dropped the bombshell news that he had made a breakthrough with his setup. Lorenzo and the rest of the grid know only too well that a happy confident Rossi is a deadly Rossi!!

I saw the x-ray and that initial collarbone break was awful! Still can't believe he raced on it at Assen, today only made it worse....but alas, the season is still far from over! Best of luck to JLo and Cal for a speedy recovery!

The factories say that the electronics rider "aids" are supposed to make racing safer! Look at the height Jorge is flying at! Is he thinking, Did I forget to turn on the TC? Rather doubt it. Hope he hasn't screw his season.
