I feel for Jlo. Hope he recovers well & fast.

His season is not lost, too many variables,
- races to miss
- returning strength & fitness
- who wins while he's gone
- who else runs into a spate of poor scoring races

I dont think either DP or MM will break away in the WC because they have each other to take points off the other and VR is lurking.

At the moment, VR is too far back but like I said, anything happens to MM or DP (or both) for a couple of rounds and WHAM...all of a sudden....

For all the VR bashers, is this 2010???, pressure of competition getting to JLo with MM & DP right there all the time???

Not exactly the 1st or 2nd every race with no mistakes type of year he had last year now, is it?

Winning 2 WC in a row is very very hard. . . just another reason why VR is the GOAT.

re: "It's starting to look a bit like 2008 when Lorenzo highsided quite a lot."

2008, 2009 laguna when he started from pole banged up, 2011 laguna when the TC was accidentally off, 2011 Philip island that mangled his finger, 2012 Valencia with that CRT close encounter. then 2013 assen. as I've said... M1's... they kick OUT like a mutha.

no seriously, the kid's a hard bastid is what he is.
