no doctor, but an educated guess says YES. sounds like they also took the opportunity to perform some additional "wrenching" while he was under the anesthesia.

@ Shamrone.
Sorry buddy your analogy does not cut it.
I and many of my motorcycling mates have had broken collarbones. None of us have them plated and you should see how misaligned they all are. And the overlap on some have shortened our the bone by heaps. Yet no problems. So as I asked, it was already plated yet this w/ends getoff bent the plate a bit. Was it necessary to straighten it?
Is there a doctor in the house? lol.
