As expected, and a wise decision. That was a very nasty impact to his head and the recurring bouts of blurred vision and low BP are clinical symptoms of concussion. It simply wouldn't be safe to ride.

it wont be the end of his title hopes, all it will do is move up MM Rossi and Cal closer to them to make it alot more intense. depending that all 3 finish the race. anything can happen, we have already seen 30+ crashes at Sach this weekend already.

Wanted Dani to win last year and thought he was going to win this year but the only good way to look at this is that it will tighten up the championship if Rossi Cal and Marc all finish on the podium, Marc and Cal have both had a dnf through their own mistakes and Rossi was wiped out by Bautista at Mugello and made a mistake at Le Mans, now Jorge and Dani are out through their own mistakes........ lets just hope they get back soon and the championship goes down to the wire!!

Haha Samurai you're a funny guy (no not really). Rossi was out of a good result in Le Mans by his own mistake, just like Lorenzo and Pedrosa are now. But Bautista took him out of his home race, which should have put him on the podium. So don't talk about lucky, this is all part of the game!

Here it comes the silly comment, another usual useless barb at Rossi.

MM is even luckier actually as he's closer in the championship and being Honda better here he's in with the biggest chance to win.
