I agree. Marquez has a likable quality, and he will gain loads of fans because of that. Pedrosa and Lorenzo don't seem to enjoy the races like Rossi and Marquez do (..at least ostensibly).

@DB8, I guess a lack of fear because of incomprehensiveness about your own mortality causes you to take greater risks! All men know what the combination is like when you're 20.

This is jumping ahead but I would love to see what Salom, Rin & Vinales can do for the sport when they eventually reach the top. By that time, Marquez will be plateuing and will become vulnerable.

Awesome that these guys come across as having so much fun - most of the fans watch because its an escape from our hum-drum lives, we like to watch cool, fast guys ride cool, fast bikes all over the world.

We don't need PR speak and bland attitudes, we need laughs, jokes and proper on track action - that's why VR has an army of fans, and MM will too!
