Its allways an hard decision!! But after what happen its more reasonable to recover at 100% i dunno, if Lorenzo put on is mind to not try somethingh crasy, just a normal race to get some points i think it could be good because after laguna he will have time to rest.. But if he go to laguna trying to make somethingh amyzing for the history boock i guess is better to recover to 100%

He doesn't have to win races to get points, even if all he can do is secure 4th 5th etc then it's a few less point he'll have to claw back later on.

He's a paid racer with a contract to fulfill.

...but not at the expense of his health or safety.

"contract" doesn't mean slavery, indentured servitude, or ownership. he hasn't enlisted in anybody's military.

re: "We have made no decision yet on when he will return to race however we will bring his crew to Laguna..."

...to support rossi, but mostly to enjoy some California girls and California sunshine. no better way to kick off the holiday right...? Lorenzo needs to recuperate and you need to let him.

keep in mind he's already crashed 2x (gone inverted) at laguna, and after the break, we all rally at what is inarguably the lowest grip track on the calendar. remember all the crashes last year...? yeah, Indy pretty much RETIRED stoner.

so what just happened in Germany has nothing on what's to come at IMS. Yamaha, do your homework. don't make me call you out and shame you for bad/immoral decision making... you know i'm good for it. at this point, your walking a thin line between "title defense"...? and "PR disaster"...? so YES, you have a decision to make.
