@ LLarry. I know Crash dangled the carrot to get a few hits - but you didn't have to take the bait and stir the pot.

Come on guys - lets NOT dredge this whole pointless Laguna 2008 thing up and have stupid bickering about it -saying the same old stuff over and over, and over....

It's 5-years ago. Ancient history.

Concentrate on 2013's event instead eh?

Laguna 2008 was one of those races which stirs up the emotions, especially for Vals more hard core fans.
But the fact is,Val hasnt won there since.
This weekend will be a chance for him to be victorious again. But i think Marc will have the bit between his teeth after last weekend and will make it a real battle with a bit of luck!
Lets hope we get a real nailbiter of a race.

#Marc and stoner are not of different breed in terms of racing aggression, so marc instead of stoner now,,
#Rossi lately started to get back into his winning groove,,
#Others riders not 100% healthwise...

Only vale and marc with that extra edge,, things falling in place correctly for another laguna adventure,, better we fans fasten our seat belts,,

but Rossi please come with a good race setup,, afterall you are the best out there in grid to arrive at best of race setups and race pace,, german race was a real disappointment...

Woa woa woa folks, why does Rossi need "inspiration", why are we all suddenly "willing" Rossi to win. Hes a multiple champ, he's gone 1 on 1 with the best in the business and BEAT them........RECENTLY............

this aint Agostini coming out of retirement, hes still VALENTINO ROSSI, still the best of the best............what....you get on a bad bike for a couple of years and forget how to ride one???????

Tell you what son, stop pratting about, get ur s**t together and beat these f**king pups like you used to.......

Rossi gets back on a bike that's genetically the same as the one he rode from 2004 - 2010 winning 4 titles and 46 races yet after 8 races back on it still needs to make steps with his setup.
You never hear Lorenzo jibbering on about needing to find improvements with his setup, and Marquez has jumped on a completely different bike with unfamiliar tyres, carbon brakes, god knows how much extra power and electronics to get used to and he just goes out and rides the thing as fast as his team mate that's been on it since 2006!!

I'd like to see Valentino continue to improve with his ability to win and podium. The level of excitement with Him, Cal, and MM racing for the win is much more exciting than Jorge and Dani. Additionally, a 5-way battle for the World Championship is better for the fans.
Specific to Valentino and the 2013 Yamaha, I really do get it. He's spent 2 years on a POS Ducati and come back to a bike developed for Jorge's riding style. Even Cal has voiced the same and taken a while to come to grips with his machine too.
