It was great race and it was nice to see the flow on corkscrew the famous lcorner... So now...let's come to the point (2008)

If you folks remember.. in the press confrence after Qualifying seesin (2008). Rossi said ..."To win the race I have to start 30secs earlier from Casey Stonner". So it was very much clear that Stonner with Ducati was unbeatable in Laguna seca. But as the race started both pushed hard but as usual Rossi never gave up and he just pushed and pushed till Casey was out of track later on. It was a great race.... I admit.

Respect to the upcoming and current heroes of MotoGP! They reallye make it fun to watch, be it before during or after the race.
BUT: everyone is talking about Marquez going through gravel? Corkscrew has some serious tarmac inside the corner :-)
Just take a look at photos from 2008. I think it was already tarmac but not as clean as this year.
Anyway, great race from all the guys on the podium and will Bradl be able to show this performance more often right now?

Wow! it's a good thing that so many has something to say about the corkscrew pass. A pleasure to see these 2 great racers going at it and enjoying it at the same time. I wonder, what if they were given 2 exactly similar bikes, who would prevail? I think it's still Rossi. His race craft is still unmatched.

Come on. Yes, MM is really talented and very brave. But he has a lot to prove yet. He is on a superb bike. He can do whatever he wants. What if he's not on a factory Honda bike, can he do the same?

Some of you have absolutely no understanding of motorcycle racing. I will explain it for you being I have tracked at Laguna. Rossi at the entrance to the corkscrew hits the left apex on the drop, Marquez is way outside because well, he went around the outside. Great move by the way. So if Rossi hit the apex he couldn't "push Marquez wide". Now once you drop down the hill and completely load the front of your bike, you can't just suddenly move further left to make room for a rider who couldn't come further anyway. Then already loaded, flick it back right and complete the corkscrew? Are you girls soft in the head? There was no touch and no complaints from either rider after the race, so anything further from any of you blockbeads is simply conjecture.

Aussie NSW no disrespect to you mate , but you are bagging Rossi at every opportunity . Everyone can see from your posts that 4 comment out of 5 are about how Rossi only races for money, how it's all driven by his "PR machine" , and this and that. You barely comment on other articles but religiously follow every post about Rossi. Sorry mate but you do come across as a little obsessed. And I mentioned it before , just because an Aussie doesn't support Stoner doesn't mean he/she betrays Australia. I think it's time to let go and to be a bit more objective .
