@Dacron

To be honest, the Pramac team isn't a "full factory" team on paper they are but Ducati didn't give them the updates Nicky and Andrea got. They only got it when stuff was approved or Nicky/Andrea couldn't do a thing with the update. Iannone wants better results badly and because of Ben Spies being substituted by Michele Pirro they didn't had to provide multiple new rear chassis updates. Nicky couldn't ride with it ( no improvement ) Dovi wanted it and Nicky's one went to "Crazy Joe".
Ducati is claiming all four bikes are equal ( in the normal setting with Spies in it ) but it isn't.

All this bullsht because Ducati dont whant to loss the view that Hayden give to then in America..!! let me make a resume, Hayden was one World Champion rider that leave Honda with an average reputacion even has WC, then he stay at one factory that is what riders like because they have all the goods that one Factory rider must have but he also pay the price because even if he was very good rider it doesn t matter because Ducati bike was sht in 2009 and the results would allways be bad to give hayden better chances for other Factory Team.. Now Ducati that knows exacly what Hayden love that is MOTOGP they whant to offer im with one even worst bike for 2014 if he whant or go to Wsbk where the prespective is hard but better to Win... This is Bullsht for me if i was Hayden i would grabe this chance to say **** you to Ducati and if i feel i was still the rider i would go to one this new Teams that will run or Honda or Yamaha bike.. I like the idea that Colin had the Team America on foward rac

His days as a failrly competive Motogp racer ended when he was forced out of HRC. His best bet would be WSB on Aprilia or Kawi but not sure he'd get either. While the Panigale isn't good yet I'd say they'd have a better chance of making that competitive in WSB than the Duc in Motogp. Hence if he can't get a japanese bike in WSB then racing with Checa may be a good option. If all else fails he can replace extremely long in the tooth Edwards in his team.

hayden is a nice guy and all that, but seriously... he has had a good and well paid career, won a gp championship and after all these years is STILL in gp.

no one can tell me he is still there because he is one of the best, he is there because he can bring in the coin for the manufacturers in america.

if they offer him anything it will be a sat duc next year in gp, sbk in america isnt as big of a deal.

no disrespect to the guy, he is an excellent racer but he is getting on and there are dozens of guys who could have his ride. but its all about the coin, the passport and the politics isnt it

I hope ducati are not dumb enough to think that having ben as their american 'star' will help keep the sales figures in america, as far as I can tell, most american viewers bailed on ben before he even cursed himself to the red leathers

i'd like to think they (audi) read my comment about rossi being in 1st position, nicky being in 2nd position, and NOBODY being in 3rd position when it comes to the US market.

all the original ducati employees were prolly saying this all along, none of them required convincing. they've been there, they know how ducati works. pretty easy to see the decision to let him go came from a "stuffed suit", an "outsider".
