@ducati1098
Very nice your idea with riders over 40 or even fifty !
We may see that, not only " here and there", but also in proper regular competitions for such ages, as in other sports let's say.

Hey you guys I'm happy to glout, because when I heard he was riding here's what I wrote,

"Kevin Schwantz was Rossi's idol, and Rossi was Marques's idol. Between 34 and 46 we were lucky enough to witness many years of enjoyment watching these 2 riders. Hope Marques brings us just as many memorable years. $hit he has already started big time. Wish Schwantzy all the best. Even a podium would be a great reward".

Not a bad result for a legend aye?
And the plane trip with Rainey all those years ago convinced him to retire, and pays tribute to Rainey by wearing a replica helmet of his.
Enough said.

Kevin made the podium and the headlines and deservedly so, but let's not forget that Yukio and Nori, who many people have written off as has-beens, had great rides too. Without checking, I'd say Nori is probably over 40, and Yukio not much younger, so let's hear it for ALL of this "seniors" Team.

Credit to both team pensioner and a very broke Leon! If you want to see past masters going at it hammer and tongs, Watch the racing at the Goodwood revival, one thing they aren't doing is parade laps.
