People quick to slate Rossi and the gap to Jorge, But bear in mind for a few laps he was behind Hayden and that cost him over 4 seconds and then there was the time he lost behind Smith and after he passed he was over 6 secs behind, So you could also say he was in relative terms without the hold ups about 8 secs behind at the flag, Of course the result shows different but you got to look further than your nose rather just say "Ha ha Rossi finished blah blah amount of time behind jorge"

How soon can the m1s run with the new seamless gear box,it could make all the difference in the race for the wc.Great ride from mm he is going to be difficult to catch unless he makes a mistake,Rossi proving he still has it maybe not this year but next year he will be battling at the front.

@jamesy73. Exactly. it is rossi's fault though for qualifying so poorly but anyone who disagrees that was a great come back is just trolling.

On race day, he's still one of the greatest. Needs to get the finger out in qualifying though

How did Dani race past JLO? Like JLO was standing!!! Is the M1 like it was in 2009?

And now we will hear Cruthlow saying he is dissapointed and how he could have won the race and so forth...Analysis show he was slower than Rossi as from lap 11. Even bautista was faster than he was. I just want to hear his excuse now! The moaner.

If Dani and JLO can fight with Marc while they are sick, how will it be when they are fit? Because i think Dani wants to have this Campionship!

True fan not quite true Rossi matched the front runners times four laps from the end he quali badly and had to get through back markers once clear he demonstrated that th so called abyss between him and the young guns is not nearly so big. Also demonstrated why he and not cal has the factory ride at 34 yo. Also please remember Jlo and dani are technically in their prime and being owned by the rookie.

Great race! Too bad rossi didn't qualify any better but still a good show from him! Marquez doesn't need anything...he is the next champ (barring any misfurtune).

And well done Bradley! What was that story about two dogs fighting over a bone....lol
