Guna, you need to realise that Val is not the only great rider in Motogp!
I understand you are a big fan but your view is completely blinkered.
There is nothing worse than to here someone labelling every race boring just because their favourite rider didnt win!
Jorge is the guy i have been shouting for this season, but i dont spit my dummy out when he doesnt win!

@ Gunna

The point went over your head like a lead balloon. I watch the races to watch the fastest riders race the most high tech motorcycles on the planet. I could care less who finishes where. Watching any of them turn a lap is poetry in motion. Sorry to say it bub, but you don't get to decide who watches racing for what reason. A majority of the people who follow racing do it for one of two reasons. 1. To see who wins (that is the point of a race) or 2. To see where their favorite rider finishes. Some races are more entertaining than others, so be it.

@hoppy. It should be recognized that the majority of the action this year has been from Rossi, doesn't matter if you are a fan of him or not...its a simple fact. Also a simple fact that we don't tune in to watch a 30 lap procession, we watch these guys for the battles. The other top riders aside from MM have been seriously lacking in that quality over the past few years. It's great to have Rossi and Marquez providing some excitement. Unless of course you hate Rossi, then you're just butthurt.

@Crt. You're the one who couldn't care less about the racing outside the top three. I think most fans care a great deal about what's happening throughout the field. Go ahead "fair weather" fan and keep cheering for the race winners only.

While I wouldn't go as far as PCMac to say there is a tire conspiracy by B-stone and Honda to give their guy and specifically Marquez and advantage over all other riders but it's clear that the Honda through their R&D have been able to take advantage of the tires better than the Yamaha in most tracks plus their bike is more flexible than the Yamaha in allowing different riding styles and probably a little more power than the Yam. But the bikes are relatively close otherwise JLo wouldn't be that close.

The haters will hate but Rossi did well to go from 9th and be down 5 seconds to the 4 & 5 riders and to make that up in the final laps while matching the pace of the front runners. It's a testament to his desire and ambition to push as other riders may have settled that this wasn't your weekend but he persisted. Good on him and as others noted if he didn't make a DNF in the one race he'd be closer point wise to the front runners. Yes Rossi could be doing better but the good thing is that he's getting better and that should translate to better finishes.

@crt I guess it's safe to say your love affair with Stoner started just as soon as he started winning which is probably when your relationship with Rossi hit the rocks. I can imagine the sleep lost while contemplating yet another new love affair with Marquez...stoner will be very upset and moaning I'm sure.
