what an irony

Marc 1st
Dani 10th

Both british riders struggling in the british gp

Cal says he wants to get through saturday.....crashes twice on saturday morning....

Smith in a post fp interview : "We wont need to use an extra set of tyres in Q1"...and he ends up 11th on that very weekend

These positions will change a lot in qualifying and more importantly the race itself. Still be between MM, JLo, DP and VR for the first four places. The tyre choice will be interesting because the temps will be higher in the afternoon of the race. Could be an exciting race this, hope so anyway :)

The race is between Marquez and the flag, nobody else can touch him, he can throw the race if he wants, but on pace everyone else is at least 4/10s behind him easy.

... Dani and Mark Webber should exchange notes :) Dani slowest of the Hondas, says a lot, oh yes.

No, Lorenzo has no chance, sorry bud, Lorenzo has ZERO CHANCE of beating Marc this year, not with the current tires and the bikes. Marc can give wins to his opponents but nobody can beat him, Honda+Repsol+Bridgestone lockout, Dorna approved.

.... Nobody can out pace him, and hes on the fastest bike, and Honda have put him at #1. Honda have the best bike by a mile and now they don't have to worry about pesky BStone slowing them down, at least for Marc,

its gonna be so easy for Marc, just like it has been since Mugello, and to a degree, even since Qatar when Marc outpaced Dani, when Dani couldnt even make his tires last half a race.

@pcxmac

Hmm... that is a pile of steaming by the way! JLo has plenty of chances he does need to start winning again though. As to the Honda situation don't go blaming Honda for the fact that Yamaha can't get there bikes sorted out with a slick gearbox.

no, unfortunately you have no idea what you are talking about, Rossi said that the gearbox will not save yamaha and that they have other problems to deal with :)

what you are told and what is real are completely different and that difference is money in someone else's pocket :)

The Honda is not "miles faster" than the Yamaha. Unless you are an experienced MotoGP rider and have ridden both that is complete fiction. At this stage the Honda appears to have a slight edge over the Yamaha. I think this might be due, in part, to the fact that they didn't have to add 4kg to their bike at the last minute and they have sorted out most of the chatter problems.

Marquez is a very fast rider and he would be just as hard to beat if he was on a Yamaha. He rides on the ragged edge extracting everything from the bike. He is hungry for wins and he is riding to set records that may never be broken.
