CC...great in quali....and come the race its always the same old story...a barrage of excuses and ending up with saying no xcuse......typical.

CC is just the opposite of Rossi....qualys always better than races.....and Rossi always better in races than in qualys which is when it matters the most...hmmmm.

Smith had it right when he said on the grid 'its just another race'.

I see BBC plonks were talking a cal win again, and then heavily hinted at Moto2 win and then gave WSBK race result away for Laverty. FFS!

For CC to win...he needs DNF from 1 or 2 of the top 4....period.

He can score podiums but that too only once in a disrespect here....
He's a fantastic tryer....

@Insidejob. The flags were there. Someone noted one back of the gravel trap and there was one on the straight into the corner on the right hand side. You can see that one from the on-board and listen to MMs engine at the same time.

The marshals did well, but that hasn't always been the case at Silverstone!! I was there to watch W.S.B when Lascorz and Tamburini crashed on the first lap, one of the bikes set alight, Lascorz was actually lying in flames and it was someone in the safety car that got out and tried to help. The marshals were doing nothing even though people in the crowd were waving their arms and shouting at them!!!
