Yamaha have only had Jorge Lorenzo helping with the development of their bike over the last 2 years, so the bike has been modified round how Jorge rides. With Valentino back, he can't ride a bike that has been built round another rider, so he needs to alter it to suit him. The problems Valentino is having probably take time to adjust and time to test, so this is why Jorge can run at the front, but Valentino seems to lack the speed. Give The Doctor some time to sort things out, because let's face it, he has done it once so he can certainly do it again.

Stoner got on a bike that was already a winning machine. Honda threw millions into the development in a last ditch attempt to get somewhere - the last time they had won a championship was when Valentino was riding for them. Valentino left and Honda died a death!! Stoner used all the development that had come from Danny Pedrosa who had suffered all sorts of injuries over the years which had prevented him from winning a title!

Cant agree more m8.. Has much has people whant to pride Stoner about Honda it dont make any sence.. They talck about Dorna that whant to help Rossi with is sucess because is good for the sport but What Dorna really try was to breack Rossi sucess that was becoming a bit dangerous to have all show around one man.. Thats why they intruduce the 800cc classe also with the hope of helping the new riders that would enter Motogp including the well know and loved Pedrosa, that was supposed to be the 1 machine from Spain to beat Rossi.. Honda buld there bike Around the little Pedrosa, after so much attemps Honda invested a lot of money to at least Wn one Champion on 800cc that year was the last one where they also intruduce the seamless Transmition that was 2011.. For coincidence or Not Casey was leaving Ducati and to be Shure that they would Win the last 800cc clase they build a big project with 4 TOP riders able to beat Yamaha like Pedrosa, Stoner, DOVI and Marco Simoncelli.. in th

in the end Casey prove to be the best rider of that year somesay that was realated to the Bad luck that Pedrosa have other say that Stoner was better, i will say this the rider that put the result on paper allways deserve the respect so in 2011 Casey did well but the develpments on is bikes where never made by him.. Pedrosa has been around Honda for long time, and when Casey go to Ducati in 2007 he was not expecting nothingh he didnt new how it would be he just grab one bike that in the end was the best of 2007, and was the same in 2011.. I dont whant to say that Casey would not know how to develop one bike because offcorse he would know but this Projectes where he WON Champions are not related to is Worck or involvemente with the manufacter.. Casey was allways like this he just arrive and did the best he could.. the only Team that we can speack about develpoments was on Ducati after 2007 but i dont even blaim Casey because is true on Ducati knowone listen properly to riders and was a

Ducati knowone listen properly to riders and was also what happen to Rossi..

About Honda Casey could had build somethingh around him for 2012 but has you see he was beeing beated by Pedrosa until Indy and after he couldn t fight anymore.. The last bike where Stoner put is hands was on the Production racer machine that Honda will give to some riders in 2014.. We will see if is a good bike and well tuned machine.. Wach out for Scoot Reeding Results

Whatever the outcome of the Lorenzo/Rossi development debate, shouldn't MASSIVE credit go to Dani Pedrosa in that case? If it is indeed the lead rider that sets the path for development, he must get some credit for dragging the Honda up to being the best bike?

Well seems crash doesn't find funny the double standard Vilas and Herewego as much as i do. So i will just say that i can use the exact same arguments to dismiss Rossi's development skills. Yamaha poored millions into the 2004 bike, they even had various diferent ones for Rossi to choose, etc etc.

Oh, and herewego, i remember a certain Hayden being champion for Honda in 2006...

I dont need to find excuses dude, the results speack for himself.. How many title Rossy won straight? and how many Champions did Casey won straigh? Rossi was on Honda was the last 500cc 2 stroke rider Champion, was involved on the developments of the first Honda 4 stroke, HE won he was dominante, he Go to Yamaha in 2004 after so many years he Won 2004 and 2005, they face realiability problems in 2006 Nicky Won that lucky dude, in 2007 Dorna decided to Help the youngers because it Dont make any senceon earth to resude the CC of Motogp bikes knowing that the sport will become even more expensive because is what we WIN with high rotative engines.. Anyway Rossi one more time worcking with Yamaha Win 2008 and 2009.. Since Honda until Yamaha Rossi has 5 straight World Champions same has Doohan, and 9 on total.. What Casey have?? one Champion in 2007 and other in 2011.. are you joking with me, excuses for what?lol

Honda was the best bike on the grid when Rossi sat on it. It kept being the best bike on the grid for a while. But Rossi, had crucial advantage, he carried over to the Yamaha. No, it wasn't his "development skills", it was the Michelin overnight specials.
