Love him or hate him, nothing would be better for MotoGP than seeing Stoner back in the paddock. Look at all the comments about such a simple "can't test because it rained" story and the debate it stirs up. You KNOW you want to see Stoner and MM go head to head!

I always rated Stoner as a rider.

But it was only when he went to Honda and Rossi went to Ducati that I realised Stoner was the best rider of the 800cc era by a big margin.

Pity we never saw him on an 800cc Yam.

Why is Nakamoto getting stoner to test his bike at all?
He was highly critical of Casey's decision to refuse the 2013 bike last know, the bike that stopped the chatter and turned Pedrosa's season around with all those wins second half.

Stoner thought the Ducati was a good bike for gawd's sake!

This little 'jolly' has now't to do with HRC getting any meaningful feed back.

hoppy: "Why cant you accept that Val is not the only guy on the grid with the skill to win the title?"

Same reason Stoner fans can't accept that Rossi is the more successful of the two.

Btw..without the obvious mechanical advantage of the Duc 2007 and the mechanical failures of the Yam 2006 those would definitely have been Valentino's Championships also. If you're denying that fact than you're just as blinkered as the next guy.

I am a follower of Casey Stoner. He has incredible bike control however he doesnt have what it got to beat Marc Marquez. He doesnt need to come back to Motogp to prove that we just need to look back at the history. Marc Marquez during his first year of Motogp is already being compared with Rossi and Agostini.

Stoner in his junior ranks hasnt achieved anything. His stand out was winning a championship in Ducatti which was at time faster than yamaha around 15 -12 kms on the straights. I respect him a lot however he always finds excuses rather than accepting the defeat for eg his warm up crash in valencia in last race for ducatti it was blamed on ducati team tyre management cmon grow up .. warm up is warm up its its rider who needs to understand it better and manage the situation.

Let me be very honest Marc Marquez is the Emperor and Jorge Lorenzo/Dani will one day admit in public that he was better than Casey/Jorge/Dano. Nutshell
