I dont know why fans are complaining about having too many races, the more the better for me.
They should stretch the calendar, start earlier or finish later in the year. ATM they get a 4 week summer break and over 5 months from the end to the start of the new championship.., is that not more than enough?

Get rid of 2 Spanish rounds and bobs your uncle. Why do we have 2 races in South America when we need to be in Asia more. Another example of ezpeleta ruining the sport. If they drop Phillip island they are mad

@Nate44
Why have 11 races in Europe, 2 in South America is not many for such a huge area (geographically) and they tend to be very passionate people, could grow the sport immensely.

But as always I don't care where the tracks are, as long as their great tracks. Ditch Motegi for Suzuka

For me Qatar is a huge false start to the season.

Not only do I feel like MotoGP is lagging behind every other motorsport event, but they go and have a 3 week break after it.

It's like the season doesn't start off with a bang, more like a late start with a made-for-tv event, then everyone goes home for a holiday....

I'll say this and say this again, but if it was me who was calling the shots at Dorna I would get rid of all 3 american rounds.

Yes america is a big market with alot of potential big name sponors for the sport, but when you take a real look into reality its also the least receptive to motorsports of any kind, that include NASCAR and for that reason it really doesn't make any business sense stage races there. Don't even get me started with Spies, Edwards and Hayden because even in america the sports media act as if these guys don't exist.

@RSMick

Its not less of Spain we need, but what we need is more non-spanish talent(no hard feelings towards spanish fans). Sadly given the reluctance of teams to recruit talent from places like AMA, WSBK, MJS, etc its going to be business as usual.
