I think the time has come for 'Toby and Jules' to retire. They miss a lot of what is going-on on track because they are too engrossed in spewing their useless drivel like too old ladies gossiping.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of riding on board with Jorge Lorenzo for a complete 1 minute low 34s lap, and Toby Moody just yapped on and on about some other garbage without being quiet for a while and letting us enjoy the on-board experience. They don't bother with any kind of analytical commentary of what happening on track, but rather natter-on about irrelevant rubbish.

I used to like them back in the day, especially when Randy Mamola used to work with them, but I feel that they have now passed their 'sell-by-date'. Unfortunately, tomorrow I'm left with no choice but to watch Eurosport, and listen to them.

DuqueDomocos - spot on mate. Especially Julian Ryder. I cringe at the amount of behind licking he does...cringeworthy stuff indeed, Its like BS and Cal pay him not to be critical. Funny how critical he is of Rossi these days...its actually embarrassing to watch. Yes so what if MM (a 20 yr old) is ahead of a 34 yr old. The fact rossi is still mixing it is impressive. Just give it a rest Jules...Oh, and just where ARE the ducatis exactly? Exactly. Humbling indeed.

Duque, can't agree with you more. For 2 people who have been commenting on the same sport for years, the amount of mistakes they make is unbelievable. Both of them are full of self gratitude and massaging each others egos.

I think Julian Ryder and Toby Moody are excellent commentators and make the races sound exciting even when they are not. They also give a lot of extra information based on their vast experience and never slag riders even when they are under performing. They do sometimes make mistakes, so what, who doesn't?But they self correct. I love their warm friendly banter too. Sharp and humorous! Now the pair that do BBC! I actually need to mute the volume.
