What a stunning lap, not really much to say besides his body language on the bike is another step in front of the field. Either Lorenzo or Ross needs to pull a Silverstone2013/Laguna2008 to make the race interesting or the kid's gonna blow'em outta water.

... For F's sake seriously Marquez is unbelievably fast...

'Shattered'???
Get some perspective here!
A couple of tenths under a two year old record on an 800 with 2 years of development in the bike and tyres in near perfect conditions under the new qualifying rules that should allow cleaner laps.
We should be 'shattered' when they DON'T break the lap record at every race, every year!

blasts lap record. destroys lap record, blazes lap record..
so they should they are on faster bikes..
if they were on 800cc then it would be something to really talk big about..

Yes, Marquez is probably faster, greener and definitely gamer than the rest (for now), has a bike as good as anyone and unrivalled support including apparently uncanny luck with tyre choice(?), yet everybody's gooing and gahing over 0.2 of a second!
Stoner didn't attend San Marino last year, enough said.
