Points make prizes.
Marc obviously knows that he doesnt have to win every race in order to win the title.
This is level headedness in such a young kid.
But complacency can be costly so he needs to remain focused.
He also knows that Jorge is determined to fight to the death.

He lost 5 points to Lorenzo today. Not a great problem as unless Lorenzo wins every race to the end of the season, the gap is manageable. A couple of wins may well be enough at this stage.
I just hope that all 3 front runners stay on the track to the end

I'm sure everybody has done the calculation.
Even if Lorenzo wins the next 5 races (125 pts) all Marquez has to do to be Champ is finish in 2nd 3 times & 3rd 2 times and he wins by 1 pt (345 vs 344).
Marquez now just to have patience.
He doesn't have to win and just has to manage his points.
Seeing how Marquez has finished on the podium every race except for the 1 DNF, it's not looking too good for Jorge to retain the crown.
Marquez is a very impressive kid.
