'I always struggle for edge grip in the corner. If I can improve this tomorrow in the test then maybe we have the chance again to win races' - Dani Pedrosa

I dont think the grip is the problem, more like a lack of will to fight for the Championship. Nobody, least of all his own team mate, nor Lorenzo, is going to just lay down and give him a Championship. Something given has no real value it must be earned so Earn it Dani.

To be fair to him, I can remember him struggling with rear grip even in Mugello.

His whole season just stinks of politics though. Pedro just isn't part of the Honda/Dorna plan.

If I was Yamaha, I'd capitalize on this and try and poach him for next year. Dani's style suits the 250 high corner speed style of the Yam, and is very similar to Jorge's.

Unfortunately, they want to stick with the marketing power of Rossi (even after today's VERY uninspiring performance). And Espargaro is their long term plan (highly overated imho)

Lack of getting a grip more likely. He looks more miserable after every race and thats not good. He is in his 8th season with Repsol Honda and to not be able to have a decent set up is inexcusable. Marquez has the same bike and while he may well have Stoners data, he isnt Stoner.
Pedrosa is fast but the bar has been pushed higher and he is clearly not comfortable with that.

Are you kidding, Nunn?

The guy has been on the best bike in Motogp his entire career. He's had multiple versions of the RCV specifically designed around him. He's been the clear No. 1 in that garage since he's been there (even in '06). He's been there longer than any other rider. Dani Pedrosa WAS the plan.

But, he's never delivered anything. He's been there much longer than he's deserved to be. It's just more excuses. Plain and simple, and Dani has never been "short" of them.

Stick to wearing your tin foil hat if you really believe the powers that be are conspiring against him.

Today I convinced myself there is no conspiracy inside Honda against Dani.
Dani had ample opportunity at the beginning with a struggling Marquez.
Everybody had problems during this weekend not just Dani,
Lorenzo with braking, Dani with rear traction, Marquez losing the front from his own mistakes, Rossi with braking.
The puzzling question is where is 2012's Dani Pedrosa ?
Where is the Dani Pedrosa that didn't fear Casey Stoner ?
Where is the Dani Pedrosa that dominated a rain strewn race ?
I fear he needs a 100% perfect motorcycle, otherwise he won't be there.

He's bike same with mm. But their weight is not same. And i tell you from begining that Dorna dont want small guy with light weight like Pedrosa to win this champion ship. He's always strugle with the tyre couse his weight is not enought to make a tyre grip or warm. Actually he does not need that kind of grip if the bike could be lighter. That's the reason why Dorna adding minimal weight to the bike. Because the iluminiti not be happy if that happened to see Honda was led by Pedrosa wins.
