I wonder how many British, Australian or American teams will be in the 37 on the list.

I'd be surprised if all the fingers on one hand will be needed. Other than wild card rides, the count this season is....... 1.

And people wonder why the Spanish and Italians proliferate. Even that well known bike racing nation, the Swiss, have 4 teams.

Why is there so little support from British companies, why dont BP,Shell, BT sponsor British riders/teams?

RBS sponsored Williams for years, the cost to sponsor a MotoGp team/rider would be 50 times lower...

Would love to know how much support the main british riders like Crutchlow, Redding or Smith get from British companies... Close to zero I would say...

Look at Michael Laverty, he gets an interview in every qualifying and race (at prime time?) , yet his cap is blank...?
