Was there in '06 when Nick won & Rossi's engine blew up. It was record high temps, 105+ for 3 days, for the wife & I who were camping down at the base of the access road. It was sooooo hot peeps were passing out from heat exhaustion! All the same, we had a great time! Too bad this is happening, but not being able to accommodate the Moto2 & Moto3 classes, this was bound to.

Drop the best circuit on the calendar, that makes sense... Last weekends WSBK races showed how great the racing around this place can be. Would have much preferred to see Indy binned off and the paddock here increased to accommodate the lower classes. This sucks quite a lot.

This place has witnessed the great battles of ancient times !! Rossi vs Stoner , Lorenzo highsiding over the moon, Pedrosa master and commander, Someone jumping into the lake after his victory (crazy).
Correction : that was Jerez :)
Still, the corkscrew is becoming like the UFC's octagon.
