I really don't know how to read into that :? I suppose you had to have been there to understand it because you cannot pick up "sarcasm" too well in text. Lorenzo is speaking the truth in what many fans are wanting which is hard riding with contact. When I was younger I also wanted to see more crashes but now, after I've riden around a track myself and after we've seen some tragic accidents over the past few years, I'm a lot more concerned for the riders than seeing bad crashes. That being said, I do still enjoy the "scratching" of fairing in a race. These "battles" are always welcome as long as no one gets hurt :)

A race without a fight is boring and I think most spectators understand that. Riders who aren't willing to fight and reach for that extra 1% to win bores the spectators. Rossi's ability to be in control while dog fighting against his opponents IS the reason why he has won so much and loved by the same spectators. It is true that racing is very dangerous and all riders understand that they are taking a risk of living today and dying tomorrow. Marquez is trying everything he can to squeeze out a win against these established riders and most spectators are enjoying this kind of a fight. Hence why more people are enjoying him.

Waching the video on Motogp site you can really feel the inside of Lorenzo, is really angry about some of the moments that Marquez has been creating.. I dont like to enter to much into this because people allways puch Rossi moments into the Mix and people will say aim just trying to defend Rossi but i will say... For me the moments that involve Jorge at Jerez and Rossi at Laguna with Marquez are like hollywood movies because for me with Rossi was really hard racing but with Marquez was just is intencion.. Marquez is a really King no doubt about that but he had this situacions where i think he should had made is move on other moments on track moments where was more clear is supirioraty on track... Yes he was faster then Rossi at Laguna so the result would be the same and Rossi moment i think we can let pass because Rossi also close the door and Marquez can give that excuse that to avoid contact he just make a move similar to Rossi at laguna wher they clean that part and insted of sand y

sand you have asphalt.. But with Lorenzo even beeing the final lap and final corner for me was really a lot intencional a little bit to much to be accept because he was just waiting for Lorenzo to hit him and make the turn... Similar situacions to Rossi yes but caind diferente because Rossi was really on hard moments wille Marquez was just playing smart to get advantage of the situacion.. anyway about this with Pedrosa for me was not is fault and yes is agressive but its part of the game saying this i just think that who need to study better the Rules is who creat them.. For me the penalty to Marquez and Honda was just a joke, this is becoming like Football its a pain to be referee..lolo

Marquez is more popular than Lorenzo and Pedrosa and Stoner put together, so, yeah, even though he's being sarcastic, it's true.

Reeks a little of jealousy, but he's human, and the frustration is understandable but, cest la vie!

I think JLO wanted to be "the new Valentino Rossi", but for me (and most fans), that title goes to Marquez. I can't explain exactly why it is, but its true, and its pi$$ing Pedro and JLO off
