Interesting. I assume you cannot refuel the bike. So you could fuel one for 35% and one for 65% and do a two stopper. Basically it will be impossible to monitor consumption for this race so you might try to turn the power up. Advantage for Yamaha.

OMG!!!.....whatever next....oh I know....if you drop your bike... you have to change your leathers before you can get back on!!!.......oh yes and kiss a brolly girl in pit lane on the way out.........

Normal rules for a wet/dry dry/wet stop state that the machine that entered the pits is considered retired. The wording of the press release leaves room for changing back to the first bike. Needs clarification, because it does cause fuelling issues.
