Ah choo. Rossi's no 1 sneeze!

For whatever reason, this video isn't playing on my machine. However, the free video on ("How Marquez took it too far in Australia") is a real eye-opener.

Go watch it too.

Marquez's tyre was absolutely destroyed! Unbelievable that he made it through the 11th lap. Also shows his (very understandable) frustration before his *sigh* media training kicked in.

Ah choo. Rossi's no 1 sneeze!

Food for thought for the conspiracy theorists out there.

Also in that video, you'll notice that Cristian Gabbarini still has Casey's number on his headset. I believe that the rest of Marquez's Moto2 crew are moving over to HRC next year, so where does that leave Casey's old crew?

So, was this really a mistake? The truth may surprise you. (spoiler alert: yes, it was an accident )

... or was it?

(yes it was)

I'm no particular Marquez fan, but just WHAT was all that about? He didn't even wave his arms and ask 'what's the flag for?' when he parked it. Like he was resigned to the fact that he already knew he was never going to score at this round.

BSB Finale today was RACING!

Wet, no TC, and PROPER man-size racing & cliff-hanging stuff. THE BEST bike racing on TV. Better by far by anything manufactured, electronically sanitised and media-controlled.

And on EuroSport till 2020.

I'm surprised no one sees the added drama in the mandatory pit stop. Those lithe young guys leaping off one bike and pouncing on the other... the dramatic (almost disastrous) re-entry...

The only thing that keeps Formula I race fans from going to sleep (78 laps!!) is the pit stops, and that could well be a nice aspect of MotoGP if done properly.

Why should they have to deal with the huge difference in weight (up top as well) between a full fuel tank and an empty one? Mandatory fuel stop!

Dani's boo-boo and Lorenzo's near-stoppie are also nice eye-candy.

The real racing was (as usual) in Moto2 and Moto3.
