Funny this.
When Rossi was at Ducati all we ever heard was how rubbish the bike was and how crap the team were.
Now Rossi hires Guareschi to be his new team manager!
Somebody like to explain the logic of that?

Guareschi probably tried hard to improve things but I'm sure he's getting tired of the program going nowhere so he's jumping ship. Maybe the incoming chief gave him a heads up he'll be replaced who knows. Or maybe he needed a change because he was getting too much pressure for the lack of results. I'm sure the Moto3 effort will be less stressful.

LLarry - it wasn't Vito's fault the bike was/ is crap!! It is the design of the bike which Ducati refuse to change! Vito doesn't have the clout to do anything about it, the same as the rest of the team in the garage! Valentino said the team were great and did their best, but it is the Ducati bosses and the ones with the money that refuse to change to bike or do anything about it.
